I’m not sure how long I can keep this up. I am so tired.
-track workout last night: 800m warmup, 1200m drills, 5x1200m- 1st, 3rd, and 5th at 10K pace, 2nd and 4th at 5K pace, 2min in between. 800m cooldown. total of 5.5mi.
-new foods (courtesy of Suthee): shrimp chips (gross)
and coconut-flavored peanuts (mostly tast like peanuts)
-no more boulders, no more dogs.. this is going to be hard to finish.
why on earth did I agree to train for a half ironman (that I’m not actually going to do) with kelly and jenny? at least I’m not as crazy as this guy.
